Users may view synchronized emails and other data even when they are not connected to the mail server thanks to Microsoft Outlook's storage of mailbox information in Offline Storage Table (OST) files. Messages, attachments, contacts, calendars, notes, and tasks are among the important data included in these files. However, when users transfer computers, alter their Outlook profiles, or lose access to their original mailbox, it may become challenging to retrieve this data. Exporting OST files into Personal Storage Table (PST) format might be a helpful strategy in these circumstances. Outlook data may be stored independently and accessed in a different Outlook environment more easily with PST files. OST to PST conversion may be done in a number of methods, depending on the user's needs and the availability of the original Outlook profile.

When Does Exporting OST Data Become Necessary?
When users need to access an OST file's contents independently, it might be challenging because the file is strongly linked to its configured Outlook account.
